Alpha-linolenic (ALA, component of Omega3) and Linoleic (LA, component of Omega 6) fatty acids contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA and a daily intake of 10 g of LA.
